Nick
Johnson. The company has seen consistent
and continued growth through the current year.
Omega is built on the philosophy that corporate/enterprise level
IT
services could be offered on an affordable small business scale. We look forward to enhancing our current
customer relationships as well as building new relationships with
future customers.

enthusiasm stems from the fact that our staff is made up of pure

derived from years of individual experience in the field of Information
Technology (IT). In addition to hands on experience, each
technologist carries at least one industry standard
certification. This means each technologist not only enjoys their
job, but is also very good at it. Paramount to our success as a
firm is our customer service. This is not just simply being nice
to our customers (that’s a given), but also means being proactive
in our dealings with our customers. We advise on any
potential issues and make an effort to resolve those issues before they
become a crisis.

Omega Computer Consulting offers a wide range of computer related services. We specialize in areas pertaining to the troubleshooting, upgrading, maintaining and networking of Windows based PCs. In addition to other credentials, all Omega Technologists carry the CompTIA A+ Certification and are capable of fixing a wide range of hardware and software related issues.
In a crowded industry, a CompTIA Authorized Service Center shows that we take computer service seriously by employing certified, knowledgeable technicians. Currently 100% of Omega's technologists have passed the rigorous A+ certification exam. The certification demonstrates formidable knowledge in the areas of PC hardware and the Windows operating system.
